Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, We do charge extra for overseas shipping. And it may take longer.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. 

 Q: When do you charge my credit card? 
A: We will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship. 

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: We charge Oklahoma residents sales tax. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
